Just a short stroll from Cooee Bay Beach and Lammermoor Beach, this spacious holiday home is perfect for families, couples or friends looking for their own private place to relax and enjoy the Capricorn Coast.
Sleeping up to six guests, the house features flexible bedding configurations, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious open-plan living and air-conditioning throughout.
One of the highlights is the private outdoor relaxation area adjoining the master bedroom, complete with an infrared sauna, outdoor shower and versatile bath that can be enjoyed as either an ice bath or heated soak.
Outside, guests can enjoy a covered patio and BBQ area, a fully fenced front yard with outdoor games, a double garage and additional off-street parking, including space for a boat.
With Starlink Wi-Fi, smart TVs, a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, laundry facilities and thoughtful modern comforts throughout, Poinciana Holiday House has everything you need for an easy, relaxing coastal getaway.
The Space
Poinciana Holiday House is a single-level, approximately 160m² home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and accommodation for up to six guests.
Bedding can be configured to suit your group:

The master bedroom includes its own ensuite and direct access to the private outdoor relaxation area featuring an infrared sauna, outdoor shower and bath that can be used as either an ice bath or heated soak.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, outdoor areas and double garage during their stay. Additional off-street parking is available, with space in front of the garage for a boat, subject to vehicle and access requirements.
The property has its own private access via Gregory Street and is located in a quiet residential area of Cooee Bay.

Poinciana Holiday House is located in a quiet residential area of Cooee Bay. We ask guests to be considerate of our neighbours and enjoy the property responsibly.
No pets allowed.
The outdoor bath can be enjoyed as either an ice bath or heated soak. Guests should follow the provided instructions and safety guidelines when using the infrared sauna, outdoor shower and bath.

Your mail can be redirected to Poinciana Tourist Park, 9 Scenic Hwy, Yeppoon, Qld 4703. Mail will be held at the office for collection.
CAMP KITCHEN
Open 6:00am to 9:00pm daily. Includes vending machine. Guests must supply their own utensils. Items may be left in the refrigerator overnight. Also features a book lending/exchange library.
VISITORS
A visitors car park is provided.
SWIMMING POOL
Hours are 8:00am to sunset, daily.
